PARAMUS, N.J. — Bug Doctor Termite and Pest Control received an award for outstanding customer service.
Honoring Northern New Jersey organizations for their excellent customer service, the award was presented to Stuart Aust, president of Bug to Doctor Termite and Pest Control in November by the consulting firm DiJulius Group’s 2007 Secret Service Tour for Creating World Class Customer Service Organizations.
Nominated for the award by a client who personally experienced the company’s outstanding customer service, Bug Doctor was one of 12 organizations honored in the state.
“Communication and building relationships with our clients about the services that we provide at Bug Doctor are key essentials to our growth and success,” Aust said. At Bug Doctor, we continuously thank our clients for their business. You can never thank your clients enough.
“Following up on services provided with a personal phone call or an e-mail isone of our customer service best practices,” Aust said. “It’s all about building relationships. Once we have become friends and earn our client’s trust, they rarely leave us. The relationship is everything.”
