NEW YORK — On Aug. 29, Bug Off Pest Control Center, in association with Bayer ES, will present a workshop on what every PMP must know regarding ant biology and habits and their impact on residential, commercial and healthcare facilities. Attendees will learn about the principal sweet-loving species common to the New York metropolitan area. Carpenter ants will also be discussed in detail. Control strategies will emphasize new technologies and approaches.
The program will be held from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Bug Off's Career Training Center, 1085 Saint Nicholas Ave, New York, NY 10032. Cost of admission is $35. New York recertification credits will be awarded.
