Bug Off Pest Control Center Completes Expansion

NEW YORK — Bug Off Pest Control Center has completed expansion of its headquarters in New York City. The warehouse space has more than doubled with greater access for shipping and receiving and now includes an equipment-repair center. The showroom and customer service area has been remodeled and reconfigured offering visitors more space and greater visibility of exhibited items. Clients can avail themselves of literature in the resource center and can watch training videos in the multimedia zone. The office suite has been reorganized and modernized with upgrades in the phone system and computer programs. In fact, the entire facility has been wired for Wi-Fi and is a hot spot for visitors.

These changes became necessary after experiencing impressive growth in 2010 which has continued into the first quarter of 2011.  As Bug Off President Andy Linares stated: “We have seen a steady increase in new customers both in the outlet as well as in our Online Store. At the same time, we have added new lines of distribution and expanded our product line dramatically. In order to satisfy pressures from both the demand and supply side, we had to make these important improvements. We have positioned ourselves for continued growth in the years ahead.”

Even though this ambitious initiative has been ongoing since January, Bug Off Pest Control Center has continued to provide uninterrupted professional training programs: 4 Certification Courses; “Spring Training” in Structural and Rodent, Food Processing and Termite Control; and February’s Business Leadership Workshop “Building Wealth for Life”. The next “Great Event” will be the “Comprehensive Rodent Workshop” in June. And, of course, plans for November’s New York Pest Expo are already taking shape.
