REDMOND, Wash. — Al Brown and Brad Grant, longtime service professionals for Cascade Pest Control, Redmond, Wash., are retiring after a combined 36 years of service to the company.
Brown retired after 22 years in pest control, all with Cascade Pest Control. He moved to Washington in 1980 from the Hawaiian Islands where he was a firefighter. Brown started as a route technician in 1991 and worked his way up to the service manager position, along the way becoming a finalist for the 1994 PCT Technician of the Year. Brown then rounded out his significant career in pest control as senior field trainer, helping on-board new technicians.
Brad Grant also retires from Cascade Pest Control following 14 years of dedicated service. Prior to starting with Cascade in 1999, Grant was a successful medical sales representative. He successfully transferred his consultative skills to his route tech position. Grant directly serviced hundreds of customers.
