REDMOND, Wash. — Cascade Pest Control has hired Tim McCafferty as PCO Operations Manager.
McCafferty said he “looks forward to being involved with directly guiding the quality of service our customers receive through our team of technicians.” He added that “Cascade Pest Control is a solid company with a solid reputation and is well positioned in this market. I welcome the challenge and am confident this team can achieve new levels of customer service to consistently exceed customer expectations. ”
McCafferty, who holds an MBA in business administration, started his pest control career with Terminix in Florida 2003 and later transferred to the Pueblo, Colo., branch where he dramatically increased sales and customer retention. Following his notable career in management with Terminix he was recruited to launch Radar Pest Management in Kirkland, Wash., in early 2011.
“We’re very excited to have Tim on board,” said Don Leland, general manager of Cascade Pest Control. “Tim’s combination of business savvy and pest control management is a tremendous asset, and he will help lead our technicians to a greater level of service quality.”
