SEATTLE - Cascade Pest Control of the Seattle-Puget Sound Region announced that Chris Grinstead (pictured above left) has been promoted to technical director and Kris Novak (right) has been promoted to quality control director.
Grinstead began his pest management experience in Arizona for five years before working another eight in the Seattle-Tacoma area.
Novak started initial pest management training in Bellevue, Wash., with Cascade 10 years ago and has helped shape Cascade’s excellence in customer service.
"They provide guidance and support to our crew to establish and maintain service excellence as well as innovative approaches to rat and mouse control and prevention," said Cascade Owner Kurt Treftz
