CASTLETON, N.Y. — Catseye Pest Control, with more than 20 years of service in Massachusetts, Nevada and New York, has earned the National Pest Management Association’s QualityPro designation.
As a QualityPro-approved company, Catseye Pest Control joins 180 other pest management companies who took steps to ensure a higher level of business conduct and customer satisfaction. From running criminal background checks on all employees to using environmentally sound integrated pest management practices, QualityPro companies are committed to providing consumers with the highest possible services.
“Becoming QualityPro was important to us because we strive to offer consumers the best service possible in pest management,” said Catseye President John Gagne, in a release. “This designation, like the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, offers consumers solid proof of the thoroughness and quality of our business practices.”
QualityPro-approved companies have met or exceeded qualifications built around four key principles: business operations, consumer relations, environmental stewardship and technician training. These qualifications include employing only highly trained, credentialed employees; offering clear, easy-to-understand warranties and service agreements; maintaining a drug-free workplace; advertising truthfully and ethically; and maintaining an up-to-date insurance policy.
“Catseye Pest Control is one of a relative few, elite companies in the country to successfully complete the QualityPro approval process, which demonstrates their commitment to provide consumers with quality, professional pest management services,” said Andrew Architect, executive director of QualityPro.
