ALBANY, NY — Catseye Pest Control announce that they have made the Albany Times Union 2015 list of Top Workplaces. These awards are presented annually to businesses in New York’s Capital Region who create positive work environments where employees feel “valued and part of something meaningful.”
The awards ceremony took place on April 23 at the Desmond Hotel in Albany, NY. Over 700 local companies applied for recognition and out of the 25 selected in the small business category, Catseye earned No. 10 on the list. Catseye was awarded No. 11 when the company was recognized as a Top Workplace in 2013.
The award process is based on extensive surveys submitted anonymously by employees. This employee feedback is used to determine the companies who will make the list. Some of the qualities that make Catseye a Top Workplace are good work/life balance, management’s open-door policy, and opportunities for employee growth.
