SAN FRANCISCO — Certus expands into Northern California with the acquisition of Keystone Pest Control.
Servicing the Bay Area, Keystone has been providing personalized, effective pest control for nearly 20 years. Co-owner John Pirrone said, “Steve and I formed Keystone to offer our community better quality pest control, and it’s important to us that we’ve chosen a company to hold up that tradition.”
Steve Dietrich, co-owner, commented “The fact that Certus is founded and run by former technicians gave us the confidence that our hands-on approach to ensure the best customer experience would continue, even when John and I are no longer managing day-to-day activities.”
Mike Givlin, CEO and co-founder of Certus, added, “We’re excited to expand into Northern California, especially with the strong foundation that Keystone Pest Control provides.”
PCO M&A Specialists, a division of PCO Bookkeepers, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Keystone Pest Control.
