TORRANCE, Calif. - Certus announced the strategic acquisition of Year Around Termite & Pest Control, a Torrance, Calif.-based pest control provider. Certus said the merger will provide an expanded range of services and solutions to new and existing customers.
Year Around Termite & Pest Control founders Phil and Nancy Mendoza, along with Certus Market VP Eric Chavez, said customer service will be the top priority.
Year Around Termite & Pest Control will become part of the PURCOR Pest Solutions brand, which will allow the company to expand services to include termite protection, mosquito and tick control, wildlife control and removal, rodent control, lawn care, exclusion services, crawlspace services, insulation services and gopher removal.
Year Around Termite & Pest Control was founded in 1984 by Phil and Nancy Mendoza.
