GUILFORD, Conn. — Certus announced it has hired Freddie Padilla as president for the Southwest Market.
Padilla has worked in the pest control and residential solar panel industries for over 20 years, and brings extensive leadership experience in managing sales and operation organizations. He began his career at Terminix International, working for nine years in progressive roles to branch manager, and was general manager at The Steritech Group for eight years. He recently worked for Sungevity Solar as senior vice president of operations, where he improved customer experience and performance while reducing cancellations and safety incidents. He also worked at Verengo Solar as vice president of operations.
Padilla studied business management at the University of Phoenix and is an associate certified entomologist.
