Certus Pest
LOS ANGELES – Certus Pest has acquired Pest Friends, a pest control company with operations in Arizona and California. The acquisition expands Certus' presence in the Tucson, Arizona, and Los Angeles metropolitan areas.
The move is part of Certus' broader effort to grow its footprint in the southwestern United States through partnerships with established local providers.
“Pest Friends has built a strong reputation in both Los Angeles and Tucson,” said Patrick Kelly, senior vice president of strategy at Certus. “Their focus on service and customer care aligns well with our values.”
Following the acquisition, Pest Friends’ Tucson branch will merge with Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control, while the Los Angeles branch will integrate with Purcor Pest Solutions, both existing Certus brands. Current Pest Friends staff will remain in place.
“This transition maintains our commitment to quality service and community focus,” said Greg Weatherly, president and COO of Pest Friends. “We’re confident this partnership will continue to support our customers and employees alike.”
