SADDLE BROOK, N.J. — The President of ChemTec Pest Control has announced a new and rather unusual benefit for his employees. It’s unusual in that it will benefit more than just the employee and his family.
Each year ChemTec will pay up to $200 to each employee to reimburse them for expenses they have incurred in making environmental improvements to their home or apartments; improvements such as new double pane windows, additional insulation, replacing incandescent bulbs with fluorescent bulbs, etc.
The purchase of a hybrid highly efficient family car is also eligible for this program.
This benefit is designed to remind every employee that we must be as equally concerned about the environment at home as we are at work.
