Chorus Pest
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Chorus Pest, a Birmingham, Ala.-based pest control company, has expanded its presence in North Alabama with the acquisition of Luna’s Pest Solutions, the company announced last week. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The move follows Chorus Holdings’ July announcement to broaden its service offerings, which include termite protection, pest control and mosquito management across Alabama, Tennessee and parts of the Gulf Coast.
As part of the acquisition, Zach Luna, owner of Luna’s Pest Solutions, will join the Chorus Pest team to support operations in the Huntsville market.
“The acquisition of Luna’s Pest Solutions aligns with our commitment to invest in top talent,” said Eric Frye, president of Chorus Pest.
Luna, who founded Luna’s Pest Solutions, said the decision to join Chorus followed “careful consideration” and a shared commitment to service values.
