LOCUST, N.C. – City Wide Exterminating, Locust, N.C., was recently named the 2016 Small Business of the Year by the Stanly County Chamber of Commerce and Stanly Community College's Small Business Center. City Wide was recognized for its growth, stability and involvement within the community.
As one of the three finalists, the company was presented the award May 5, in a ceremony at Stony Mountain Vineyards.
"It is an honor to be chosen as the 2016 Small Business of the Year,” said Ashley Morrison, director of operations. “Our success comes from the hard work and determination of every person on our team."
City Wide Exterminating has been serving clients in Charlotte and surrounding counties for more than 16 years. It is a family-owned full service pest control company that specializes in pest, termite and wildlife solutions.
