HOUSTON — Clark Pest Control, a Lodi, Calif.-based subsidiary of Rollins, has acquired Eco Strike Pest Control, Coarsegold, Calif. The transaction closed July 21, 2024, and was announced by Cetane Associates, which arranged the deal.
Eco Strike Pest Control was founded in 2013 by Brandon Miller. Serving California’s Central Sierra region, the company offers residential pest and rodent control using both green and traditional treatment options. The business added mosquito services in 2024.
Eco Strike was owned and operated by Rebecca and Brandon Miller, who said, “We chose Clark Pest Control because our customers will continue to receive the highest level of quality, reliability and customer care that we provided, plus now enjoy enhanced services. We’re sincerely excited to join Clark Pest Control and become part of the Rollins family.”
Clark Pest Control was founded in 1950 by Charlie Clark and now operates 36 regional service centers across California and one in northwest Nevada. In 2019, the company became part of the Rollins Specialty Brands family, a division of Atlanta-based Rollins.

Cetane served as the sole arranger for the sale of Eco Strike Pest Control. The firm advised on the transaction, providing an initial valuation opinion, marketing the business through a confidential process, assisting in negotiating the final terms and coordinating due diligence. Team members O’Laughlin, Trey Brasseaux, Whitney Parsley and Dalton Brooks managed the transaction.
