LODI, Calif. – Clark Pest Control announced its acquisition of Beaumont, Calif. -based Xcel Pest Control.
Clark will bring Xcel’s three full-time employees onboard, with two technicians moving to Clark’s Riverside office, and founding owner Wyatt Dursteler moving to the San Diego office.
Xcel was established in 2009 to provide service to residential customers in southern California’s Inland Empire region, with offices in Beaumont and Temecula.
“We chose to partner with Clark Pest Control because they are a service-oriented company, and customer service has always been our primary focus,” said Wyatt Dursteler, president, Xcel Pest Control. “Because of the core values we share, I felt strongly that Clark would provide an excellent future home for Xcel’s employees. We're excited to see where this partnership takes us.”
