Bill Clark Pest Control Recognizes Longtime Employee

Bill Clark Pest Control, Inc. recently honored Gwen Owens, who this year marks her 40th year with BCPC from starting out as a technician to now working with some of the companies large commercial and industrial clients. Joining the company in 1975- when postage stamps were a dime and a gallon of gas was fifty seven cents. Owens recently recalled that she was not Mr. Clark’s first pick for the position, saying “he wasn’t sure how long I’d stay for”. We think it is safe to say she proved him wrong on that one.

“Gwen plays a vital role at the company,” said Josh Smith, General Manager.  “Over the years, Gwen has not only been part of our BCPC family, but has developed a close friendship with many of our clients.  She’s the type of person that makes this firm the special place it is today.”

Bill Clark Pest Control, Inc. was founded in 1957 by Bill L. Clark and remains to be one of the largest pest control companies in Southeast Texas.
