DURHAM, N.C. — The Office of Governor Pat McCrory recently announced that Phil Clegg, president of Clegg’s Termite and Control, has been reappointed to the North Carolina Pest Control Committee.
The NC Structural Pest Control Committee is in charge of a wide variety of tasks in the NC pest control industry:
-Approves applications for structural pest control licenses
-Holds public hearings for adopting, denying, revoking or suspending new amendments to current rules and regulations
-Certifies applicators’ cards or registered technicians’ cards
-Assesses civil penalties
