ORLANDO, Fla. - The Clendenin Consulting Group announced the acquisition of Tri-County Lawn and Ornamental by Fairway Lawns.
This acquisition provided owners Kevin and Trisha Ackman a perfect exit and continues Fairway’s expansion in Florida.
Kevin Ackman stated, “This was a good match and we are very happy to join up with Fairway. They also have the reputation for customer service and for providing a great work environment for our employees as they smoothly transition to Fairway.”
The Clendenin Consulting Group was the sole advisor for Tri-County in this transaction.
