SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – Central Life Sciences announced that James Herrmann has joined the Zoëcon Professional Products (ZPP) division as director of marketing. In this role, Herrmann will be responsible for marketing initiatives within the entire ZPP division including new product development, product expansion and increasing sales in commercial and residential accounts.
“James’s widespread knowledge and understanding of the pest control industry, along with his extensive management experience, will allow him to seamlessly develop and expand the Zoëcon Professional Product lines,” said Scott Boutilier, vice president of Professional Products for Central Life Sciences. “We are thrilled to welcome him to the ZPP team and have confidence that he will fuel marketing efforts for this division that will allow us to better reach and communicate with our customers.”
Prior to joining Central Life Sciences, Herrmann held various positions within the industry, including managing planning, development, product launches, marketing/communications and field technology innovation for one of the largest diversified chemical companies in the world.
“I am excited to be working with a company that prides itself on customer service and maintaining valuable relationships,” said Herrmann. “I am looking forward to not only developing solid relationships with our customers, but also working with the Central Life Sciences’ products, especially those that implement insect growth regulator (IGR) technology, and to continue pushing the envelope in developing new products for the Zoëcon product line.”
Herrmann is a member of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing at Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Mo.
