RALEIGH, N.C. — This is the third year that Coalmarch, a provider of marketing and hiring solutions for home service industry businesses, has hosted leaders in the pest control and lawn care industries at CO2, a two-day conference held in downtown Raleigh, Dec. 5 - 6. The conference offered a full day of speakers focused on challenges that business owners face in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training employees, while the second day focused on staying competitive with sales and marketing in a changing landscape.
Speakers included Bobby Jenkins of ABC Home & Commercial Services, Dan Gordon of PCO Bookkeepers and TurfBooks, Brad Leahy of Blades of Green and B.O.G. Pest Control, and Dr. Hamilton Allen of Senske Services, among others.
The conference also included several networking-focused social events and optional outings to tour the Bayer Pest Pro facilities and opportunities to participate in a KPI workshop hosted by Coalmarch CEO and Triangle Pest Control owner Donnie Shelton and Gordon.
Shelton said, “Our goal with CO2 every year is to provide business owners in the lawn and pest industries with the best content and programming to drive success. We’re proud to lead the conversation on the latest marketing trends and hiring and recruiting tips that keep business owners competitive.”
