RALEIGH, N.C. — Coalmarch Marketing announced the launch of a new return on investment reporting capability for pest control operators using PestPac, allowing companies to connect digital marketing activity directly to closed sales and revenue data.
The technology is available nationwide and is included at no additional cost for operators using Coalmarch’s marketing services.
Coalmarch said the update integrates marketing data such as phone calls and form submissions with sales outcomes recorded in PestPac. By tying marketing performance to booked and closed jobs, the system is designed to give operators clearer insight into the financial impact of their marketing investment.
“Pest control owners don’t run their businesses on leads—they run them on closed sales,” said Jeff Davis, CEO and owner of Coalmarch Marketing. “This reporting allows owners to evaluate marketing performance using the same data they rely on to manage their business.”
The company said many pest control companies continue to measure marketing success through metrics like lead volume or cost per lead, which often fail to show true return on investment. Coalmarch’s ROI Reporting is intended to bridge that gap by aligning marketing activity with actual sales results inside PestPac.
“Our focus was on visibility after the first call or form submission,” said Christin Nein, vice president of product management at Coalmarch. “Connecting marketing data to closed sales helps operators make more informed decisions about where to invest.”
Coalmarch said it is currently the only digital marketing company in the pest control industry offering closed-loop ROI reporting tied directly to PestPac sales data at scale across a national client base. The ROI Reporting integration is available now to PestPac users nationwide.
