BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Colony Pest Management employees held a shave-off on Dec. 5 at John Allan's Premier Men’s Grooming Club in New York City. The event was culmination of Colony’s No-Shave November initiative to raise money and awareness for cancer research.
All through November, a total of eight employees grew beards, several of whom were given a trim courtesy of the staff at John Allan’s.
Eight Colony team members participated: Darrell Alston, Chris Gill, Carl Headley, Gil Ramos Pacheco, Ernie Rodriguez, Norman Root and Ed Sheehan
Added Colony President Joseph Sheehan,”I would also like to thank Tom Algeo, from Residex (our pest control products distributor) who pledged $250 for this great cause. All totaled we raised $1,050 that we are donating to the Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF).
