Cook's Pest Control Names Brian Cook Customer Care Manager

DECATUR, Ala.— Brian Cook has been named customer care manager for Cook’s Pest Control, the company his family has owned and operated for more than 80 years.

Cook’s Customer Care Center provides support for customers and employees throughout its service areas.  It is open Monday - Saturday except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Part of managing the Customer Care Center is communicating with customers and local sales and service management, as well as working closely with corporate sales and service managers on various projects, said the company.

Cook’s corporate offices are located in Decatur, Ala. Cook’s has 32 district offices located in Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. Major city locations include Atlanta, Birmingham, Knoxville, Memphis and Nashville.
