In his new position, Cook will use his education, experience and professional training to enhance administration, sales and service efforts throughout the company. He will continue to work closely with Cook’s 32 district offices located in Alabama, Georgia Mississippi, and Tennessee.
Cook’s Chief Operations Officer Joey Harris commented, “I’ve known Brian for a long time. He’s committed to customer service and professionalism. That’s what’s made us successful in the past and that’s what Brian is all about. It’s very encouraging and comforting knowing that as director of business development, Brian will contribute to the future of the business while sharing the same values as his father and grandfather.”
In addition, Ray Phillips has been appointed Cook’s Customer Care Manager. A 25-year veteran of Cook’s, Phillips has experience in sales, service, and service management. He has served as corporate residential pest control technical manager for the past 11 years.
“Ray’s understanding of the business will have great benefits for all involved, plus, his vision for customer service will continue to enhance and increase the role of the Customer Care Center,” Harris said.
