DECATUR, Ala. — Cook’s Pest Control announced the promotion of four members of its home office team to advanced leadership roles, effective Sept. 1.

Savannah Fish has been promoted to training director. Fish began her career with Cook’s in August 2020 as a corporate technical specialist. She is a board-certified entomologist and holds a bachelor of science in horticulture and a master of science in entomology from Auburn University.

During her time in the technical department, Fish traveled extensively to district offices, providing technical assistance, hands-on training and conducting commercial facility audits. In June 2023, she transitioned to the training department as training manager, where she has overseen all company training initiatives, including the company-wide Leadership Development Program.

Jason Kiefer has been promoted to training manager. Kiefer has been with Cook’s for 18 years, starting as a residential technician in April 2007. He earned President’s Club recognition for six consecutive years while on a route.

He was later promoted to quality assurance supervisor and then to trainer at the home office. After nine years in the training department, he was named training supervisor. His leadership and dedication have made a lasting impact on the department.

Jeremiah Prevatt has been promoted to director of customer experience. Prevatt joined Cook’s in 2019 as a member of the advertising and marketing department, where he helped develop the company’s search engine marketing program and contributed to its current website design.

In 2021, he transitioned to operations and founded Cook’s customer experience department, serving as customer experience manager. His marketing background and technological expertise have positioned him to align company initiatives with customer needs.

Jamna Tucker has been promoted to customer experience manager. She holds degrees in cross-cultural missions and industrial engineering, along with a postgraduate module in project management.

Tucker brings 12 years of experience in industrial management, having worked both in Nicaragua and locally as a project engineer and purchasing coordinator for iWebVisit.com. Known for her organizational and communication skills, she is highly regarded in the local community and is expected to play a key role in the growth of the customer experience department.

Cook's said these four leaders exemplify the company's core values of stewardship, gratitude, integrity, excellence, generosity and respect through their dedication and servant leadership.
