Cooper Pest Receives NJ Biz Award

The company was honored as NJ Business of the Year in the 51-100 employee category.


LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. — For the second consecutive year, Cooper Pest Solutions was recognized by NJ Biz Magazine in its annual NJ Biz Magazine Business of the Year Award program. This year  the company honored as the NJ Business of the Year in the 51-100 employee category.  In 2013, Cooper Pest CEO, Phil Cooper was recognized as the Corporate Citizen of the Year.

Shortly after receiving the award, Phil Cooper e-mailed the entire staff "You are the 2014 NJ Biz Business of the Year!!!!"

NJ Biz recognizes a number of categories of business and individuals that comprise the best that New Jersey has to offer. The awards dinner, attended by 300 of New Jersey’s brightest corporate stars was highlighted by NJ Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno addressing the audience on why New Jersey is such a great place to do business.

The panel of four judges were impressed with Cooper's innovation, flexibility, perseverance and use of technology. Cooper was recognized for pushing the envelope with innovate services in the world of bed bugs and mosquitoes harnessing a highly motivated employee base to capture these markets. All of these attributes separated Cooper from the great group of finalists.
