CSI Appoints Sam Pass as Head of Sales

PASADENA, Texas — Control Solutions Inc. has appointed Sam Pass as its new head of sales. In the role, Pass will oversee sales operations across the company's five business units: CSI-Pest, Quali-Pro, Production Animal, Martin’s and Industrial Sales.

Pass joined the company in January 2022, initially leading the marketing team before transitioning to oversee the Professional Pest Control team. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Prior to joining Control Solutions, Pass worked as the pest control and nursery greenhouse market manager for FMC Corp. in Philadelphia. He managed the launch of an insecticide product in 2019.

Pass holds a bachelor's degree in entomology and nematology from the University of Florida. He previously worked as a technician for Action Pest Control, his family’s business in Evansville, Ind.
