PASADENA, Texas – Control Solutions Inc. (CSI) announced the appointment of Bob Stanton as director of operations. In this role, Stanton will oversee operational strategy, supply chain performance and manufacturing support. Stanton will report to Trey Kendrick, president and CEO of CSI and head of ADAMA Professional Solutions.
Stanton brings more than 30 years of global experience across crop and non-crop businesses, with knowledge of procurement, supply chain leadership and product supply operations, CSI said. He holds an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Reading, an MBA from the Aston Business School, and a postgraduate degree in procurement and supply chain from Robert Gordon University.
Stanton spent 25 years with Bayer Crop Science, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including vice president leading product supply teams in Asia-Pacific and India, global sourcing leadership for herbicides and insecticides, and formulation plant management in the UK. He also served as senior vice president for global product supply at Envu in the United States. Most recently, Stanton founded In the Pocket, an independent coaching and consulting business supporting supply chain leaders.
“Bob brings deep operational expertise and a results-driven mindset to CSI,” said Kendrick. “He has a proven track record of improving processes, enhancing efficiencies and providing the support needed to ensure we continue operating at the highest level.”
In his role, Stanton will oversee CSI’s 48,000-square-foot in-house manufacturing facility, encompassing four filling lines, aerosol and micro-encapsulation plants, and in-house order fulfillment, the company said. He will focus on quality control and process consistency.
