TRENTON, N.J. - The Connecticut Pest Control Association (CTPCA) held its January virtual Management Track featuring the “Building Your Team’s Greatness” course from Evolve YT on Jan. 27.
The virtual event, which featured Evolve YT’s Six Fundamentals to Accelerating Gross Profit, showed attendees specific activities their service managers can do in order to improve the production and satisfaction of their direct reports.
Evolve YT CEO Phil Cooper has long been passionate about building up businesses but knows that success starts with building a great team.
“The purpose of this course, and all the other Evolve YT Supervisor Development courses, is to give middle-management the training they deserve to be the best leader they can be,” said Cooper. “They are often the most underserved and underrated position in the company, yet they have the greatest impact on bottom line. By using the tactics and processes in these courses, we are giving them the fundamentals to succeed by building up the greatness their teams, which in return, grows the company.”
