Quistgard began her career at Team Too in October of 2005 after working in outside sales for commercial office supplies. She is a long time resident of Corona, who chose to work at Team Too Termite & Pest Control while finishing her senior year at California State University, San Bernardino due to the family business aspect of the company and the closeness of the people working there.
Quistgard majored in business with a concentration in marketing and public relations and graduated from CSUSB in December 2005. Quistgard was originally hired for customer relations in the corporate office and shortly after her employment she developed an interest and keen understanding for the pest control departments. Together with the regional managers for Team Too Termite & Pest Control, Quistgard quickly became the lead customer service representative responsible for the daily operations of the pest management department.
