Dave Flanagan Joins Watch All Pest Management

WEYMOUTH, MA – David R. Flanagan of Scituate has joined Watch All, a full-service pest management company, as a commercial sales representative.

An experienced government, community relations, and business-development executive, Flanagan most recently spent four years as director of business development for Road to Responsibility, Inc., of Marshfield. Previously, he spent seven years as manager of community and government affairs for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). His background also includes serving as director of business development for Carlin Insurance of Natick, community liaison for the Central Artery North Area Project and as director of government relations for Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts.

Flanagan, a native of Charlestown, earned his Bachelor’s degree from Boston State College and his Master’s degree in public administration from Suffolk University.  He is a former staff director for Boston City Councilor Maura Hennigan and a former director of special projects/neighborhood liaison for the City of Boston’s Office of Neighborhood Services.
