Dayton’s Pest Control Wins Local Small Business Award

KNOXVILLE — The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce named Dayton’s Pest Control winner of the 2007 Pinnacle Award for Small Business Excellence.

The Small Business Excellence Award honors a small business having 50 or fewer employees that has consistently grown its work force and revenue while overcoming obstacles, including access to capital

The 22-year-old company, which is owned and operated by Dayton Hylton, has grown to 16 employees, adopted new technology early on, and regularly invests in its employees and equipment.
