May previously was regional technical specialist with Whitmire Micro-Gen, in charge of sales of professional use insecticides in Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Prior to that he served as a department manager for Univar, overseeing several Univar branches in the south central U.S. He has also worked in research and development for the American Cyanamid Company.
May earned his B.S. degree in Agricultural Biology - Entomology from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. He is a board certified entomologist and past president of the North Texas Board of Certified Entomologists. May is also a member of the Entomological Society of America, the National Pest Management Association, and the Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas Pest Control Associations.
