Debug Pest Control
EAST LYME, Conn. – Debug Pest Control announced the acquisition of Petrin’s Pest Control, a service provider based in New London, Conn.
Petrin's Pest Control Owner Michael Petrin has decided to sell the business and retire.
Debug Pest Control, under the leadership of owner Bill Horgan, has been servicing the pest management industry for more than two decades. Debug sees this acquisition as an opportunity to build upon the strong foundation laid by Petrin’s Pest Control and enhance its service offerings, said Horgan.
"We are thrilled to welcome Petrin’s Pest Control into the Debug family," he said. "Michael has built a business with a stellar reputation, and we are committed to maintaining the high standards of service that Petrin’s customers have come to expect."
The acquisition not only broadens Debug Pest Control’s service area, but also allows for a smooth transition for Petrin’s Pest Control customers.
"After many successful years in the pest control industry, I am pleased to pass the torch to Debug Pest Control," said Petrin. "Their commitment to quality aligns with the values that have defined Petrin’s Pest Control. I am confident that our customers will be in excellent hands."
