SMITHFIELD, R.I. — Debug Pest Control announced the promotion of Krista Imondi to director of customer experience, a newly created leadership position established to support the company’s continued growth across three states.
In her new role, Imondi will oversee Debug’s customer care team, manage the company’s FieldRoutes platform, and lead technician routing and scheduling operations. The company said her expanded responsibilities reflect Debug’s ongoing investment in operational excellence and delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience as the organization scales.
Imondi has been with Debug Pest Control for 14 years and most recently served as customer care manager, where she played a central role in strengthening internal processes, supporting field operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, Debug said.
“Krista is the operational heartbeat of Debug,” said Bill Horgan, owner of Debug Pest Control. “She cares deeply about our customers and our team, consistently puts in the long hours, and never loses sight of what great service looks like. As we’ve grown across multiple states, it became clear that her leadership deserved a dedicated role. This new position reflects both the complexity of our operations and the trust we place in Krista.”
