SMITHFIELD, R.I. — Debug Pest Control announced the promotion of Tim Horgan to director of operations, a newly created leadership position established to support the company’s continued growth across three states.
Debug said in his new role, Horgan will oversee day-to-day operations across three branch locations, managing a team of more than 30 technicians serving residential and commercial customers throughout the region. With 19 years of industry experience, he brings deep operational expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to scale service delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.
“Tim’s experience and leadership have been instrumental in our growth over the years,” said Bill Horgan, president of Debug Pest Control. “He understands our operations inside and out and leads by example every day. As we’ve expanded across multiple states, it was essential to create a role focused on operational excellence, and Tim is the right person to lead that effort.”
The director of operations position was created to ensure consistent service standards, efficient field operations, and strong support for technicians as Debug continues to expand its footprint throughout the region.
“Tim’s promotion reflects both his long-standing commitment to Debug and the complexity of running a multi-state operation,” Bill Horgan said. “His leadership will be critical as we continue to grow while delivering the level of service our customers expect.”
