DALLAS — WorkWave’s Beyond Service Customer Conference wrapped after four days at the Hilton Anatole, bringing together field service teams across pest control, lawn care, security, cleaning and more. The event focused on helping customers turn business data into decisive action through sessions, panels, boot camps, networking and evening events.

WorkWave unveils Wavelytics Decision Intelligence. WorkWave introduced Wavelytics Decision Intelligence, adding dynamic, prescriptive dashboards to its core software. The tool is designed as a strategic navigation system tailored to pest control, lawn care, cleaning and security industries. Key features include dashboards for high-level visibility into macro trends such as sales pipeline health and revenue retention; scorecards for granular performance tracking, including sales close rates and technician chemical usage; alerts that flag urgent issues like aging leads or spikes in callbacks; and Ask WAIve, a natural language interface that allows users to query data, generate reports and receive recommendations through specialized AI agents.

Author Shawn Kanungo urged attendees to embrace change in an AI-driven world, stressing the importance of acting quickly, learning from failure, and maintaining reliability and human connection. “The greatest strategy in the world is to deeply care,” he said.
