LYNCHBURG, Va. — Dodson Pest Control has acquired the assets of Volunteer Pest Control, Knoxville, Tenn.
Former Volunteer owners Jerry Chadwell and Jeff Walker grew their operation from two employees into a thriving pest control operation during their 14 years in business.
“We are proud to add Volunteer’s customers to our ever growing customer base in Knoxville,” said Bert Dodson, president and CEO of Dodson Pest Control. “We are continually looking for quality companies like them to add to our existing operations, not only in Knoxville but anywhere in the areas we operate.”
Dodson Pest Control was established in 1944. The Lynchburg-based company has 33 offices throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
