LIBERTY, Mo. — Douglas Products introduced Katie Stevens, Ph.D, as a Field Scientist. In this role, Stevens will support the company’s technical and field operations, focusing on applied research, product stewardship and customer support.
Stevens brings more than five years of experience in agricultural research, regulatory affairs and agribusiness innovation. She received her master’s and Ph.D. degrees in soil fumigation from the University of Florida and has had international experience in the field as well.
Prior to joining Douglas Products, Stevens served as a Research and Development Project Manager at Draslovka, where she played a key role in advancing sustainable agricultural solutions and developing innovative fumigation alternatives. Her background in agriculture, soil science and applied research has contributed to improving productivity and compliance across multiple agricultural sectors.
