Len Douglen recently celebrated his 25th year as the New Jersey Pest Management Association's (NJPMA) Executive Director. This will be his 50th year in the pest control industry and 25th Clambake event held annually.
During his tenure as NJPMA executive director, Douglen developed the technical training classes required by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and has taught the Basic Pesticide Training class for the past 17 years.Retirement is not an option for Douglen, the association said, but after this years’ Clambake, he will be relinquishing his role with NJPMA, but will continue his role with New York Pest Management Association (NYPMA).
