This new building is planned to encompass a total of around 6,000 square feet. Through careful consideration, the company has decided to open its new campus near the College Park area of Orlando. With this new space, Drake Lawn and Pest Control is adding not only to their overall service area, but also the professional functions served in the new location.

Within the new building, three main functions will be addressed. The first is to extend their service to more communities, a top priority for the company, Drake. Next, the facilities will house more space to implement a customer service team. This team will be responsible for telephone support, as well as online customer service, covering assistance to all customers throughout the central Florida service area.Lastly, the new construction will provide a new corporate headquarters that will serve as the main operations location for the entire company.
