Dunagin Pest Control to Join Rentokil North America

READING, Pa. – Dunagin Pest Control, a privately-owned pest control company based in Hattiesburg, Miss., will be joining Rentokil North America and expanding the company’s Presto-X footprint. Victor Hammel, Rentokil North America CEO and Ward Combs, Presto-X President, made the announcement.

Dunagin was founded in 1974 by Joel Dunagin and provides service throughout the state. The company provides commercial and residential pest and termite control. All Dunagin coworkers have been offered continuing employment.

“This is an exciting opportunity for Dunagin and Presto-X,” said Ward Combs. “I have been good friends with Joel [Dunagin] for many years and look forward to working with his team. This acquisition greatly expands our coverage of the state of Mississippi.” Dunagin will serve as the Presto-X Southern Mississippi Service Center and will be managed by Joel Dunagin.
