WILMINGTON, Del. – DuPont Professional Products made two personnel announcements this week related to the firm’s pest management, turf and golf markets.
David Buzzelli has joined DuPont as the U.S. sales manager for the pest management market and will oversee sales responsibilities supporting the DuPont Advion family of products, including the new Advion insect granule, and a soon-to-be-announced non-repellent broad spectrum insecticide. Buzzelli brings close to 30 years of sales leadership experience in the pest control industry, most recently serving as national sales manager.
In addition, Michael Kuflik will expand his current role to lead sales management for the U.S. turf and ornamental markets. Kuflik joined DuPont as global account manager in 2008 and coordinates U.S. and international account activities spanning across all markets. Kuflik will continue to identify opportunities and grow sales for the DuPont Advion family of products, DuPont Acelepryn and DuPont Provaunt insecticides.
“Dave’s proven leadership and deep knowledge of the pest control industry will help us sustain and grow the fast adoption of our products nationwide,” said Mike McDermott, global business leader, DuPont Professional Products. “We have an equally robust product pipeline for the turf and golf industries, and are pleased to have Mike’s new focus on helping us meet the demand for our environmentally smart, high-performing turf products.”
