Ecolab Buys U.K. Pest Elimination Business

Ecolab said Wednesday it has acquired Integrated Service Solutions’ pest elimination business in the United Kingdom for an undisclosed amount.

The acquired business has annual sales of approximately $6 million. It will be integrated with Ecolab’s existing U.K. pest elimination business.

“This acquisition will increase our United Kingdom pest elimination service capacity, add scale to our business and strengthen our customer relationships and opportunities,” Ecolab Chairman, President and CEO Douglas Baker said in a statement.

Mumbai, India-based Integrated Service Solutions provides a wide range of facility services, including building maintenance, cleaning, catering, office support, security and pest control. It has operations in 50 countries.
