ATLANTA, Ga. — EcoSMART Technologies his hired Steve Jiracek as the new technical director of agriculture, effective immediately. EcoSMART Technologies is a leader in proprietary pesticide products derived from natural plant oils.
Jiracek will work closely with Steve Stringer, vice president of the agricultural division, in setting up, monitoring and summarizing field research trials for EcoSMART, with additional sales responsibilities in the Northwest. Prior to joining EcoSMART, Jiracek worked as a sales representative for W.A. Cleary in the Pacific Northwest area. He holds a BSc in Forestry and a Masters degree in Entomology from Oklahoma State University, and has extensive experience as an arborist and an entomologist.
