As an added incentive, lunch will be served until 1 p.m. A special menu is being whipped up by barbeque king extraordinaire Harry Bryan, vice president of sales, Nisus Corporation. Bryan will be towing “Dolly,” his famous twin-torpedo cooker, 800 miles from East Tennessee to the capital city of Kansas in order to wow party-goers with his one-of-a-kind barbecued babyback ribs and a host of mouth-watering “fixings.” And this lunch ain’t just whistling Dixie. These ribs placed first in the Tennessee State BBQ Championships last October. With help from Chef de Partie Eric Ham, Mid-Atlantic Area Manager at Nisus, and Sous Chef John Murphy, recruited from Liphatech, Bryan and his BBQ crew will cook all night to make sure lunch will be an unforgettable experience.
