According to Love, Ensystex III is unique in that it is the only generic registrant to date that serves the PMP market that has chosen to register its own technical imidacloprid supply. “This approach, which makes us the second technical registrant to serve the PMP market for imidacloprid-containing products, gives us total flexibility to create value for our expanding customer base,” he said.
Love added, “This additional technical product registration moves us closer to our goal of providing to the industry a complete line of the five forms of termite control — bait, fumigant, non-repellent, repellent and wood treatment — each containing our own technical active ingredient, each formulated by us and each supported by our 17 strong U.S. field representative force.”
Registration of Imidathor marks the fourth technical end use product registration issued to Ensystex and its subsidiaries in the United States. The others include diflubenzuron (Exterra), sulfuryl fluoride (Zythor) and bifenthrin (Maxxthor). Love said that registrations of Borathor (disodium octaborate tetrahydrate) and Abamethor (abamectin) are expected to be received next year.
Ensystex and its 11 subsidiary companies including Ensystex Japan, Ensystex Australasia, Ensystex France, Ensystex Spain, Ensystex Malaysia, Ensystex China and Ensystex Hong Kong serve PMPs in 22 countries around the world everyday.
