ORANGE, Calif. — Enviro-Care Pest & Termite Control, which was purchased in 2014 by entrepreneur Ed Carter, recently acquired Arco Pest Control, headquartered in Garden Grove, Calif.
Arco was founded by Dick Wenzil, who still owned the company at the time of the sale. The company provided pest and rodent control services.
Arco is currently integrating its business into Enviro-Care's, which expands beyond north and south Orange County and into parts of Riverside and Los Angeles counties.
"Our team is beyond thankful for having such incredible customers who continue to use us year after year,” said Ed Carter, president of Enviro-Care. “We’re eager to find great talent to help grow our team and look forward to having our best year of business ever."
